Black Bear Hemp Berry CBD Smoothie

This smoothie is specifically designed to invigorate your body with not just CBD but also with an incredible array of proteins, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. To get started, you need to collect these ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup of any type of frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries or any combination of the above fruits will work just fine)
  • 1 scoop (roughly 10-30 mg) of protein powder (vanilla flavor will work best)
  • 10 ounces of fresh orange juice
  • Roughly 1 handful of spinach
  • 3 to 6 cubes of ice
  • 2 to 4 drops of Black Bear Hemp CBD Oil
  • 1 blender

CBD Smoothie Making Steps:

  • Pour all 10 ounces of orange juice into the blender.
  • Add the scoop of the protein powder into the blender.
  • Drop the 1/3 cup of the berries of your choice into the mix.

  • Add ice cubes to achieve the right frothy consistency.
