However, every person’s body is different, meaning everyone reacts differently to the same (or similar) dose of CBD. The short answer is – no, not really. However, just because CBD is known to be a pretty safe and non-toxic compound, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t worry about dosage and potential overuse. Even though you can’t really overdose on CBD, taking too much of it can cause some issues such as gastric distress. Consequently, they increase the dosage without realizing that it takes time for your digestive system to process the edibles. While there are studies that have suggested that vaping is safer than smoking, more research is required. 

Is Vaping Really Worth the Effort?   

Unfortunately, there is no definitive answer to this question; it all comes down to how you feel and which methods of CBD intake suit you the most.
